7/26/09 Update: Process for refunds began this weekend.
Please expect to see refund to in your paypal accounts on Monday.
Next round of refunds will be next weekend with the final round the weekend after.

UPDATE: 7/19/09 Message from Mike:
We are home!!! We were discharged one day behind our scheduled time, but after 93 days, I have finally been able to bring my wife home.
Please continue to pray for our family as we have a very long road ahead of us as a result of her physical disabilities.
As for the refunds, the first round of refunds will go out this coming weekend (26/27th). I will post more information by end of this next week.
Thanks again for all the wonderful emails of support and the prayers, they truly make a difference.

Update 7/8/09 Mike has asked me to post the following:
"I wanted to thank everyone who has emailed for their words of encouragement and kind words.
We are still in the hospital and she has not been discharged. They had projected that she would be able to go home on June 30th but that date has been pushed back to July 16.
I am still in the MedCenter with my wife but we are looking forward to be able to finally return home. She is doing much better but still does require 24/7 care and supervision.
We thank everyone for their prayers and will continue to appreciate them.
Shortly after we finally get home, I will start to refund process. I will start contacting each one via email and go alphabetically through the customer list.
Again, the offer still stands. If you feel uneasy about anything, we are still at TIRR Hospital and I would be happy to talk with anyone personally.

UPDATE "6/19/09 This is the webmaster and per Mike’s direction I am posting the following:
I want to first apologize to everyone for the last few months.
I know I have been out of pocket, but I had a chance to talk to my webmaster to post a message from me.
My dear wife Brandy has suffered 3 strokes along with some other very serious health issues. She has had two surgeries, including a brain surgery and might need a third surgery. She is only 27 years old and is a medical mystery. I have not been home, to the office to work or any other place other than the medical center in Houston, TX since mid April. We spent 50 days in the Neuro Trauma ICU before being transferred to an affiliated Memorial Hermann Hospital known as TIRR.
My world has come crashing down. We have two young children and it has been a very trying time for them as well.
I have spent every single day since day one by my wife’s bedside.
This is the most difficult thing I have ever had to go through.
The reason for posting this very personal information is to let everyone know I have not been ignoring anyone for the sake of ignoring anyone.
I have been engulfed by this situation and I am trying to take care of my family the best that I can.
For a multitude of reasons, I could not execute the signing. I will be refunding everyone their money and returning any shipped items. The signing will be resolved, but in the meantime, I think it would be the best option to refund everyone their money now and if I am able to do the signing, I will let everyone know and leave it up to each individual if they want to resubmit. I think this is fair.
I have always prided myself in great communication, so I apologize for not being able to communicate with anyone during this time. I am unable to respond to emails at this time, but please email me any questions or concerns and I will get to them at some point.
If for any reason you would like to speak with me face to face to alleviate any concerns, I will be happy to meet anyone here at TIRR Hospital.
I will start to process the refunds in the upcoming weeks. I have all this information locked and stored on a personal computer. Since I have not been home in over 8 weeks, I have been unable to respond or initiate any refunds. Everyone will get their money back, so please do not worry about this.
I will try to communicate through the website in the upcoming weeks.
